On April 16, the National Assembly debated in the first reading the draft law on Making Addenda and Amendments to the Law on Customs Service authored by the Government.
According to the Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee (SRC) Edvard Hovhannisyan, the necessity of the proposed amendments is due to the expansion of the participation of cynologists and service dogs in the investigative actions.
Now, the cynologists and service dogs of the Anti-Smuggling Department of the RS SRC are on the permanent duty in Agarak state border crossing point.
It is envisaged to install the cynologists and the service dogs of the Cynology Center in the other crossing points of the RA state border.
